• We give our guests maximum flexibility by offering a full refund with a 14 days cancellation notice.
• Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 14 days before the stay receive 100% refund less an admin fee of £175.00
• Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund assuming the whole payment has been made.
