The area is strategically positioned being a few mins away from City Airport, London. 5 mins walk away from the Pontoon dock DLR station and 0.60 miles from the ExCeL Exhibition Centre. The newly regenerated area is a very safe neighbourhood with few shops around including a grocery shop which is 1 min away from your apartment.
Each apartment is finished to a high standard with engineered oak wooden flooring to the kitchens, living spaces and entrance hall, luxurious carpets to the bedrooms and tiling with stylish colour-ways to the bathrooms, while fully integrated open plan kitchens and floor to ceiling windows lend a feeling of light and space. - Bookings cancelled by the guest up to 2 weeks before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund assuming the whole payment has been made.

Royal Wharf is a residential and commercial development in Newham, London located on the north bank of the River Thames. It is built on the former site of Minoco Wharf and is near the Thames Barrier west of Thames Barrier park and close to both West Silvertown and Pontoon Dock DLR stations.
West Silvertown and Pontoon Dock are the nearest stations on the Docklands Light Railway. London bus route 241 serves the housing development.
